Qxpress will provide Cahaya with Qoo10 logistic system to use more comprehensive support from pick-up to delivery tailored to seller’s specific needs.

Request for Pick up on QSM, then the parcel will be collected by Cahaya

-       Delivery Attempt: Minimum three times.

# Insurance Product (Buyer purchase value * 0.5%): The Compensation limit is Rp10,000,000

# Non Insurance Product: the compensation limit is Rp300,000
