Hi  Qoo10 Seller,

We would like to announce Qxpress-Bumbox (locker) delivery as an alternative way of delivery for your buyer item.

Details as follow,

1. What is Qxpress-Bumbox?  

   The Qxpress-Bumbox is another option for you to deliver by using Bumbox’s Locker for your buyer to self-collect at designated area

2. Merits

a. The procedure will still be the same for pickup and process at our warehouse.

b. The same delivery rate shall be applied.

c. This volume also shall be included at bi-month evaluation of our Seller Grade Program.

3. Restrictions of the parcel

a. The biggest dimension for an item to slot into the box: 60x56x34cm.

b. The advisable weight will be up to 20kg.

   c. In excess of this restrictions, the parcel shall be delivered by Qxpress Standard Courier.

4. Process

a. Upon pickup item from the seller, the item will be available for buyer to self collect at the locker since 6.30pm next working day.

a. Choose “Qxpress-Bumbox delivery” at your item page
