Dear Valued Clients of Qxpress,
We have updated the smartship platform and now you can view the Proof of Pickup (POP) and Proof of Delivery (POD).
You can follow the steps below to check on the POP/POD.
Smartship > Search for Delivery Status > Click on the tracking number you want to check > Tracking Info > click on "View Proof of Delivery"
Smartship > Search for Pickup Status > choose the Pickup number and scroll to the right > click on "View Proof of Pickup"
